I use this company regularly for both my home and work appliances - they are great! They are prompt, trustworthy and reasonably priced. They will actually advise you if your appliance is worth fixing or if you should replace it, rather than taking your $$ for an expensive repair. I highly recommend Ole's.

I highly recommend Ole's. They quickly solved a problem that I had with my dishwasher and I have had no problems since. You will never use anyone else!

Best repair company ever...... On time fantastic service. As to the previous reviews I think you have this company confused with someone else. My appliances are always repaired correctly the FIRST time. I have been using them for over 12 years and wouldnt trust anyone else with my appliances.

This company is absolutely the worst! They have no customer service skills and the repair guy did not fix my appliance he left it in worse shape. After they had my cash they basically told me to go take a hike. I would give them zero stars. On the BBB's website they are listed as F= We strongly question the company?s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law?s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company?s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices. If there was a "zero" star category - this company would deserve it. After dealing with them for almost three months I wrote to Whirlpool headquarters for help. They did call another repair company for me and within one week (not twelve!) the problems are being solved.
