The owner of high character mentioned in the other review owns condominium property that he is required to sell under state law--and by not doing has harmed the values of the other owners. I would take care to make sure your interests are represented and not do anything on verbal agreement with this firm. . I do not trust them based on my own experiences. It is one thing to buy firewood from them. If you hire them to clear your property you MUST get a written bid from them that is precise and with a firm amount stated for your costs. I would not trust them to follow written agreements as this has not been my success at our Condominium Association where they refuse to sell the units they have a duty to sell and we must deal with them. I would not trust them to simply bill for costs.
