No stars. Roberto is a rude, obnoxious, hot headed theif. He threatens people when they call him out on his unscrupulous behavior. He over charged me and kept my car for months on end. He ordered the wrong parts. Thought a mechanic should know what parts to order. He seems like hes suffering from roid rage. Im going to report his business to the news stations and see if they can help get my money back. His business needs to be shut down and he needs to go to jail. Theres a special place in hell for this type of scrumbag
My daughter had an accident and from no where this guy showed up, his name is Shazam, and they have the cop radio that they listen-in when someone have an accident. He practically begged me to take the vehicle to their shop. The adjuster came and gave an estimate, I then spoke to the 'Shazam" person and he says the car will definitely finish in exactly one week. NO ONE COULD GET THROUGH TO THE SHOP, the insurance company and myself called their shop about 100 times and couldn't get anyone, finally someone answer the phone, says he is the owner, ROBERTO" and says NO my car will not be fixed until SOMETIME in the next 3 weeks which is one month after the date I'm suppose to pick it up. The owner is a pig and apart from the fact that he is nasty, he tells you plain " YES YOU CAN come and get your car ' I don't care". he yelled at me over the phone then one hour late he called back speaking like a regular person apologizing. My car was in his lot for the adjuster for 8 days and sits on the street for 7 days but he wants to charge me storage for all the days that the car is in his lot and on the street. I HAD TO PAY HIM $1,200.00 TO GET ME CAR FROM HIS LOT. HE IS A COMPLETE PIG AND NO ONE SHOULD TAKE THEIR CARS THERE. I took my car to my machanic and guess what, my car will be done in ONE WEEK
do buisness with them at your own risk the owner is a very nasty man with a bad attitude he yelled at me over the phone numerous times i barely was updated with my car the only time he was nice was when then insurance check came an not only that when i got my car they dident fix my left blinker or hazard lights so im driveing around with broken lights that happen during the accident but he had his mechanic tell me my car was like this before basically dont do business with them very very very bad man running the operation they deserve less than 1 star
After picking up my car and going over it she look great. And with out asking they took care of other dents that had nothing to do with my accident great ppl

These people are very unprofessional. They have had my car for over 7 months and they are still playing jokes on me. They aren't giving me my car back, they had it this long cause THEY didn't have the parts. They need to be shut down and stopped they shouldn't even get the one star

This company has great people but the customer service is not good, communicating with your valued customers is a must for a small business if you want return business. The length of time to repair is extended due to parts not being delivered, but a call could also avert some of these supply chain challenges by managing your suppliers and keeping on top them so they do deliver. Customer Satisfaction is not just the repair, it is the total experience, there are lots of repair shops out there, you need to separate your company from the others by providing a complete positive customer experience. I would suggest you hire a consultant to help you drive customer satisfaction, and add revenue through return business.
