I have a summer place out on the Hood Canal. I had a Madrona tree that was leaning over my house. I also had two Fir trees that I thought needed to be removed. I called three tree services to get bids. When the first person came out I felt that he knew very little about trees and was more interested in selling me his services than actually helping me. I then got the bids from Northwest Tree Service and his competitor. Although Northwest Tree Services bid was $50 more I felt more comfortable with the owner. He has been in business for many years and you really feel he strives for excellence in his field. His crew came out and took care of my Madrona with their bucket truck and they climbed the dead tress. I was hosting a party that weekend and I was nervous my yard would be trashed. When they were done you couldn't even tell work had been done! After my party, I had them come back out and grind my stumps down. My yard NOW looks like how I have always dreamed of.

Prompt return call, worked with my schedule, and work was very professional. Friendly, courteous,and obviously had a great deal of experience in dealing with difficult situations. Great job, great clean up and great customer service!! I would recommend this company to anyone. They had quite an impressive list of references both residential, commercial, and municipal customers, and all of their insurance and bonding checked out
