- DrywallsIf replacing an existing skylight, measure accurately. On the roof, measure the length and width of the existing skylight from where the shingles meet the flashing. Inside, measure the width and length of the drywall around the skylight’s opening. Share these measurements with your contractor or roofer for precise fitting.

- FireplacesThis Company did an awesome job on our roof. They had it done in a day, I was so surprised. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs you need, even if all you have is a leaky fireplace. ~ Review By Judy M., Dallas Submitted: 8/29/2023
- Skylight Repair/ReplacementFixed Skylights: These skylights are mounted to the roof and do not open for ventilation. They are durable but require regular maintenance.
- Room AdditionsDon has been working with us since 2003 and does all of our composite roofs for our room additions. We are very satisfied with his work and attention to detail. I have never had a complaint from a homeowner, just thanks for someone who takes care of the job site as if it was his own.

- LandscapingLandscaping Considerations: Adjust your landscaping to provide shade around the skylight area. Plant trees or install trellises strategically to shield the skylight from intense sunlight.
- FencingFor Custom metal gate systems, gate openers and custom fencing, we enthusiastically recommend Metal Concepts, owned and operated by Mark Bukowsky. Contact Mark at Metal Concepts or 214.532.7139.

- GuttersGutter Installation, either new or replacement. Gutters that are removed can be a mess when they are full of granules, leaves, trash and debris. Once removed, they cannot be effectively reinstalled, since they will bend and break upon removal. Our gutters are either 5″ or the oversize 6″, seamless, and come in 18 colors. They are made on site from a flat roll of aluminum and installed with hidden hangers and screws, rather than the large unsightly spikes. We pay special attention to making sure angles are perfect, so your gutters will drain properly, and to verify an adequate number and placement of downspouts.
- Residential Roof RepairReduced Repairs: By choosing Class 4 shingles, you can potentially reduce the cost of constant roof repairs and replacements caused by severe weather events.
- Residential Roof Replacement/InstallationOur services include complete residential roof replacements to new roofs, attic ventilation to soffit vents and more. We specialize exclusively in residential properties. We recognize the extra care and detail to every complete residential roof replacement we do. We only use the highest quality of roof replacement materials such as Atlas, Tamko, Gaf Owens Corning, Certain Teed, Malarkey and other high-quality products. We also offer our customers ventilation vent upgrades with a residential re-roof.
- Residential Roof InspectionRegular roof maintenance is critical to keep homes and buildings intact and safe for those inside. This includes regular roof inspections—even if you’re not experiencing issues. Preventive measures can help you avoid costly repairs and premature roof replacement.
- Roof VentsRemember, soffit vents are the intake, roof vents are the exhaust; just like your car, one without the other will not work. Call or Contact Us today!

- InsulationTraditional insulation, on the other hand, is designed to slow down the transfer of heat between the inside and outside of a building. It is typically made of materials such as fiberglass, cellulose, or foam and is installed in the walls, floors, and ceilings of a building.
