My wife was supposed to be picked up a Mercy Fore River at 3:30 yesterday, the van was an hour late, went to the wrong hospital. The driver was rude and disrespectful. During the ride to Bridgton she was all over the road and not paying attention including looking through her purse while driving. She had to slam on her brakes at one point due to driving distracted. As a retired Law enforcement Officer based on my wife's information I would suspect a substance abuse problem. My wife actually feared for her safety. I will be filing a complaint with the State of Maine licensing authority. Do not use this company if you want a safe transportation.
