Rob and the team were amazing! Called Rob with a leaky roof and he came out to look at it the very next day. He kept me in the loop with the whole process and it only took 2 weeks to complete. He’s very professional and punctual and can’t recommend his company enough for the amazing job they did! Will definitely be contacting them on some future projects.

My house was built in 1916. Many of the windows were original. While I liked the charm of old windows, I did not like the maintenance and low efficiency. I did some research and settled on Harvey brand windows. I called Nor'easter as they are a certified Harvey window installer.

Owner Rob Chaille gave us a free estimate. He was upfront on what would be required. His estimate was fair and realistic. I compared his estimate to box stores like Home Depot and Lowes. I decided on Nor'easter because Rob seemed the most credible.

Rob's field manager is Tyler. He is a professional. He was respectful of our home, conscientious about his work, and just a throwback craftsman. I can't say enough good things about him.

Investing in home improvement is daunting. It's hard to know who is trustworthy. There are many options when selecting a contractor and not all of them are good.

I'm very happy with the job Rob and his crew did to replace my roof. Right from the beginning, Rob was responsive to my phone call for an estimate and followed through on everything he promised. Once he was ready to do the job, his crew started work by 8 am and was cleaning up around 3 pm. No clean up on my part, they did everything. I would recommend Nor'Easter for your roofing needs!

Simply fantastic. Outstanding quality and excellent service at a fair price. I cannot recommend Rob, the owner, and his team highly enough. I have a large house and the crew stripped, prepped, replaced skylights, and roofed in two days. Clean-up was exceptional. Rob was involved from initial visit, quotes, and on site during portions of the job. His advice on which products to use, colors, and important versus unnecessary upgrades was right on. During the job the crew worked incredibly hard with impeccable attention to detail. I wish every contractor I hired was this professional and talented. Thank you.

I called Noreaster Roofing and received a call back within a day stating that I would receive a call next week because the gentleman was on vacation. I never received a call back, my roof was leaking, I live in Uxbridge, MA the same town as this company. Many of the reviews are positive, unfortunately they never called back. I do not recommend this company due to extremely poor customer service.

We have a newer house only thirteen years old, and had to replace the sub-par shingles installed so we got three quotes, but Rob's quote stood out because his contract was clear, his references impeccable, the warranty was comprehensive, and his attention to detail was obvious. For example, due to a gutter issue I inherited from the builder, Rob was the only contractor to say he would replace the entire front gutter vs. just patching it. Despite his busy schedule he was able to squeeze us in within weeks of signing the contract. His team showed up on a Friday morning, and the roof was done by the time the sun was down, and the property was cleaned so well we didn't even know they were here. We would strongly recommend Noreaster Roofing of Uxbridge for all your roofing and siding needs.

Rob was the only one who took the time to meet my husband and I, explain the process and answered all of our questions. He made sure to look inside and out before providing an estimate. His team showed up before 7am and completed the job in one day. Justin, the protect manager, kept us informed of how the job was progressing. They were all very professional, neat and very organized. I called Nor'easter Roofing with a potential Ice Dam issue on Tuesday, Rob came out that evening and crew was on site Thursday midmorning. Great job and very pleased with results. Will be calling them back in Spring for Chimney repair.

Had an ice-dam problem; water was dripping into my dining room. Contacted Noreaster Roofing at 8 o'clock at night, got the owner, Rob, on his cell phone. He sent a crew out the following morning, on a Sunday. They shoveled the roof, broke away the ice, and immediately corrected the problem, much to my relief. Impressed with Noreaster's quick response and hard-working crew. Great company. I would highly recommend them.

Rob was very easy to work with and accommodating. I could tell from the very first phone call that he was more interested in finding a solution to my issue than just booking a job.
