This inspection cost $600 and failed to inform me that the HVAC system was two sizes too small for the house (will cost $5000 to replace). Also failed to report that water flow is so low that it is impossible to water the lawn; fixing this problem has already cost $400 and hours of my time and is still not resolved. Today I am fixing the hole in the attic they missed. At one time a squirrel was using this to get in the house as feces is plainly visible in the attic as are broken acorns. While I was fixing the hole I noticed a thin extension cord was used to provide part of the electricity to the house. The electrical lines are taped to water supply lines running to the kitchen. If there were a short circuit while someone was using the sink, guess what would happen?
