I got a bill that was past due. It was my co-pay. Well I never got the original bill in the first place. But it is what I expect from this company. I had knee surgery and the hospital recommended a Continuous Passive Motion Devise. Well they delivered it right away, but it took over two months after I was finished with it to pick the Device up. I kept on calling and they said "we will get to it". I had to cancel therapy sessions because they will tell me "they will be there today" and they didn't show up. After telling them I would leave it outside they came and picked it up. I should have thought that in the beginning, maybe they would have picked it up within a week. Last I was going to pay the bill online, but they don't have a site for that, so I will call them, and pay it over the phone because they say they never received it if I sent it thru the mail. I would never, ever use them again. I don't even give them one star..

I was unable to leave my home for medical reasons and New England Surgical did their absolute best to accommodate my needs. Because I couldn't leave my house to go to their store location to get fitted for my medical device, they sent out one of their professionals to come to my home and fit me for my equipment. Very kind and respectable staff that came to my home. Thank you.

New England Surgical supplied me with a mobility aid, and charged MassHealth. About a month later, the wheels broke. They replaced it, after leaving me without an aid for two days. Less than a month later, the wheels of the replacement broke! The device was obviously defective, and caused me to fall a number of times. They are now trying to "pick up" the device, which would leave me without any mobility. They don't care about their customers and have to be coerced into replying to e-mail messages!

New England Surgical's customer service and delivery staff was very knowledgable about my fathers needs for medical equipment after his surgery. The equipment was delivered promptly and in a professional manner. I would recommend anyone who is looking for medical equipment to New England Surgical for all there medical equipment needs.

Very helpful with recommending equipment for my mother. They processed the insurance paper work and delivered the equipment the same day.
