Though NC San Diego Cooking Classes is based in North County San Diego, we are mobile which enables us to travel all over San Diego and bring the cooking classes to you. Classes are not taught in a special commercial kitchen or at a kitchen store where exclusive equipment is used. When we teach in your home, we use your oven, stove and cooking tools to create delicious recipes. There will never be a problem of recreating recipes you learn during your class, because all of our classes at NC San Diego Cooking Classes, are hands on, in your kitchen, with your tools and equipment. Of course, we can bring anything necessary to create your culinary masterpiece if requested. The best part is, when we are all finished, you will have a gourmet meal to enjoy, with a glass of wine, if you wish, at your leisure. And, we clean up the kitchen for you!
