This company is great when you need them to do your floors.... but if something goes wrong after the install, their customer service will put you off for a month or so.... I am happy with my floor that they did but the installer left a small damage in the molding and I had to take a picture of it and email to customer service. I called them about 20 plus time to see if they received my email and to see if someone will take care of this! After a month of lies from their customer service people, my floor is still damage. If you use this company please make sure you check EVERYTHING! I am going to the BBB also not happy with this company right now.
