I have been using their service for over 10 years for general pest treatment, I also had a termite treatment by them in 2001. I recently needed a Certification for a sale of the home. Their sales person came out and said that there was no termite activity in my home but they could not legally give me a certification unless I had a treatment, best price $700+ tax. I spoke to several other companies and found that this was not true and got a cert. I was always happy with their service, but I will never use them again and will advise anyone I speak to to stay clear of their company after they tried to hold me hostage.
