Nancy Milbourn enjoys working with clients who are in the midst of life transitions; Career Changes, Separations, Divorces, Aging Issues, Coping with Chronic Illness, Dealing with All Types of Loss, and more. Nobody gets through life without facing most of these issues and it is what equalizes us and it is what helps us see the humanity in each other. I conceptualize therapy as a way to better understand ourselves and others, to identify barriers to our living better and to grasp and accept the need for self love.When this is done with a therapist whom you have a connection and trust, so much more can be healed and accomplished.
