Exceeded our expectations. The floors came out much cleaner than we had hoped for, and the finish looks good. A faster, cheaper alternative to deep sanding.

My floor was fairly worn and required some filling (especially at doors and tight corners). The crew was very professional and went above and beyond to attend to the corners at my request. They did a great job and the floor looks better than the day i installed it. Overall I had a great experience dealing with them, the floor looks awesome and the cost was fair. Wonderful solution to a dirty worn out floor. Looks like new, and without the dust and dirt. Service techs were polite and helpful in explaining the process and care. They came on schedule,were finished at the end of the day...and we could walk on the floor in sock feet the same day. No flammable or toxic applications. Price was 1/3 of a sanding job. Instant gratification! Would refer them to others in a flash!

Great alternative to getting wood floors sanded. Quick, easy and great price. Service was excellent! They called back promptly, scheduled the work quickly and showed up on time. We had most of the downstairs floors redone with Mr. Sandless and we are very happy with the results. Next we'll do the upstairs!

Had a hardwood floor emergency & wasn't sure how to resolve it. Mr. Sandless researched the issue and came up with the ultimate result. They took the time to find out what needed to be done to correct my issue even though it wasn't what their business is normally geared toward. I would highly recommend them - and will use them for any hardwood floor challenges I might have in the future!
