REDUNDANCY: We have back up equipment in stock for every brand system we sell so that we can provide redundancy should your system (installed by us) fail for any reason. This allows your business to continue while your system is being repaired or replaced. We are a Mitel Provider and a Panasonic Dealer however we provide a wide range of other products as well. Some are Avaya/AT&T/Lucent, Toshiba and Partner. Call our office to find out if we are certified to work on your equipment. We are "On Call" 24 Hours/7 Days a week/365 Days Regular Service: Is scheduled within 3 business days from the time you called in. Regular Service is defined as 10% or less of system failure. 911 Service: Is scheduled within 4 hours from the time you called in. Charges Apply. 911 Service is defined by you however charges will apply. Adds/Moves/Changes: Is scheduled within 3 to 5 business days or sooner within the time you called in. AMC is defined as moving or adding a station or device. We have the people, the processes and the passion to find solutions to satisfy your communications needs.Our philosophy is that our installations remain our responsibility. We maintain twenty-four (24) hour repair service for your convenience.

Wow. Good service. No fuss. I called, they came and fixed my very old Panasonic phone system. Fixed things that other companies had already tried to fix and couldn't. Good Service! Good Job Mountain Resort Communications! And a fair bill in the end. Wow!
