We have been trying to get our heater fixed for over 2 months and we had several companies come out and no one helped us like Modern Air! Frank personally came out and told us we need a new heater! Within a week it was installed! Always on time, well dressed, and very friendly! We would always use them if we have any other problems! Thank you Modern Air

Absolutely Great Company to Work with My furnace completely stopped functioning. I called Modern Air and was scheduled an appointment immediately. The technician, very professional, assessed my issues and explained to me in detail what was wrong with it. I was given more than one option to fix my problem furnace. The choice was mine. I opted to replace my very old furnace, with a new high efficiency system to save money and energy. Within 2 days, my new furnace had arrived and was ready for install. Wow that was quick. I was expecting a week or so. Not quite ready that day, Modern Air was very accommodating to work with my schedule. The technician quickly removed the old unit, and replaced with the new one. The process went very smoothly. My unit works wonderful. I was so happy with the work performed; I as well hired Modern Air to perform bi-annual preventative maintenance on my unit so that I don't run into costly repairs. Modern Air, THANK YOU!
