im a disable vet wheel bound. my wheelchair needed repair, ser.vice man came out august 4, needed to order part.Said four or five days.it is now august 18. no repair. called numerous times. nothing..never returned my call.Nice Way to treat veteran..

Well from start I had a great experience with Mobility Solutions. I previously dealt with the Scooter Store concerning a new power chair. I felt like I was dealing with a money hungry used car salesman, I eventually received a chair that wasn't adequate for my needs then they went out of business. Don't get me wrong I am grateful for any mobility device I have,. But the point of the matter is that I needed a much more advanced power chair to get me off my pressure points and allow me to be more independent. Heres where Mobility solution comes to my rescue. They made getting the right chair possible. We all know or you will figure out soon that the medicare process is a bear to put it nicely. The team at Mobility Solutions worked with my Doctor and medicare on my behalf. I cant thank them enough. They are extremely professional and see to it the customer is completely satisfied. Oh and there team of knowledgeable guys who deliver your chair to you, well their awesome and love their job
