My goal for every project is to begin thinking of those people who will ultimately be using the space. This begins by understanding that healthcare enviornments can be stressful multisensory places for patient's and staff alike. My goal is to create a healing enviornment where patient's, their families, and their caregivers can equally be surrounded in an environment that promotes health and well-being in a safe, functional, beautiful and sustainable setting. When this is achieved patient's can focus on getting well and families and caregivers can focus on providing exceptional care to their loved ones and their patient's.Master's of Science focusing on Healthcare Facility Design. Services include: planning and design of spaces for medical office suites, dialysis suites, imaging suites, breat diagnostic centers and women's clinics, cosmetic suites, dental and orthodontic offices, out-patient surgery centers, radiology suites. Other areas of focus are senior living skilled nursing facilities and wayfinding.SpecialtiesLEED Green Associate and EDAC certified focusing on researching the best possible outcome for every interior space designed. This is achieved by concentrating on sustainable approaches, bringing nature to the forefront of every project and using safe environmentally conscious materials and furnishings while keeping in mind the client's budget.
