Group LLC Established In 2010 Our company is well-known for its professional quality work in residential and commercial environment accomplishing new construction or remodeling projects. We build multiple homes, additions, performed complete rehabs of the residential properties. We took part in a variety of commercial projects, such as St. Louis Park Library renovation, Hennepin County Drug Court renovation, American Legion Building in Robbinsdale renovation, repairs of multiple construction defects at River Ridges of Eagan condominiums, etc. We are currently involved in the multiple projects in the historical district of the City of Saint Paul. Then, in 2010, Nicolai also opened a real estate brokerage and property services called A.N.D Group LLC. Since then, we have been dedicated to providing high quality, timely, & reliable services.
