Founded in 1945, Millie & Severson is a general contracting firm that constructs various offices, health care centers, and industrial and institutional projects. The company has completed more than 3,700 commercial and medical projects. Its preconstruction services include budgeting and scheduling projects and consultant and subcontractor activities. Millie & Severson has handled the construction of over 45 hospital campuses and approximately 50 medical office buildings. The company also constructs several hotels, laboratories, and institutional and congregate care facilities. Its projects include Cerritos Town Center, Shannon Tower, Family Birth and New Born Center, Mercury Plaza and Pacific Gateway Business Center.
