Mid-South Paving Maintenance is the largest sealcoating applicator in the Memphis area. In addition to asphalt pavement sealcoating, we also offer complete paving maintenance services including hot pour crack sealing, infared and conventional asphalt patching, paving, paint striping, and concrete joint sealing. We are insured and hold a valid Tennessee Contractor License (TN #27391), as well as a valid Tennessee Civil Engineer License. We have been in business since 1989, and continue our efforts to be an industry leader in quality paving maintenance throughout the Mid-South. Our goal is to provide a superior quality service at an economical price, while striving to meet the needs and goals of our own clients. Mid-South Paving Maintenance was founded by C. Earl Gillespie, JR., P.E. Mr. Gillespie graduated from Christian Brothers College in Memphis, TN with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 1965, and later received his Masters in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 1966. He has been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years, and has held a valid Tennessee Contractor's license since 1989.
