I clearly had a very different experience than the other reviewers.I took my car to Merryman's over five times last summer because it kept having problems and Merryman's was within convenient walking distance for me. Each time I went in they were extremely rude and unfriendly. After five times of going there in three months they clearly knew who I was, and yet never even greeted me at all when I walked into the shop. Not only did I finally figure out that they were overcharging me for service charges (I took a few of their invoices to another shop to see what they would have charged me and I was told that I had overpaid), I paid over $900 for them to fix my airbag and the airbag light came on an hour after I left their lot. I took it to a different place instead the next time to have it fixed and they told me that Merryman's had forgotten to put the bolts back in place after working on my air bag unit, which ended up costing me another $150 to fix due to their carelessness.

We like Merryman's; they are incredibly convenient for us, all the work they have done has been great, and they have even taken us on minimal notice. Great for state inspections, too.
