Provided by YP.comThis is the worst hospital I've ever stayed with. When you order food, expect to wait at least an hour or more. They never clean your room or empty your garbage, it's disgusting. I don't blame the workers entirely, I'm sure fat cat greed from the top is behind it all. Next time I'll know better, CLEVELAND CLINIC!

Provided by YPmobileThey turned my aunt's account over to collections even though she was paying 100.00 a month on a 1500.00 dollar bill. She's on social security. Disgusting and mercenary.

Provided by YP.comI will never get over the times i took my mother here and received such bad treatment. This last visit my mom was so sick and they left her in the hall with no one attending to her and she died. Beware this place can kill you or miss your diagnosis altogether.

Provided by YP.comI drove myself to the ER at 3am with excruciating abdominal pain. From the time I checked in, to the time I was discharged, after ultimately having an appendectomy, my care was impeccable. I can't say enough good things about this facility and would never go anywhere else. They were spot on with professionalism and kindness in every area.

Provided by YP.comMy mother was VERY ill due to her having Crohn's Disease, septic, and treated very badly at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Boardman. Yes, she had to be placed in restraints because she was SO ill she was not in her right state of mind, but ONE nurse and ONE aide treated her with ABSOLUTE disrespect in every way possible. They took turns "bodyslamming" her into her bed, kept telling her to "shut up," and I was ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS when she told me this. When I called patient advocacy, the woman entertained the idea of my mother being a racist because the aide in her room was african american, which my mother ABSOLUTELY IS NOT because we have family that are african american and my mother has african american friends. So racist? I think not. And an hour after the incident has so called been investigated, the patient advocacy representative said the nurse and the aide denied any wrong doing and blamed everything on their VERY ill patient. Go figure. I work in the healthcare field myself and was not surprised as I rolled my eyes at everything I was told. All the other nurses in the ICU were wonderful with the exception of one nurse, but I am extremely disappointed, hurt, disgusted, and outraged that my mother was treated like an animal at the hands of someone who SHOULD NOT be in the healthcare field AT ALL and may be abusing other people as well, but the company will obviously keep allowing it to happen because nothing has been done. It's unfortunate that because of some sick individuals that are suppose to be caring for sick people, this company is getting reviews like this. But, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, CEO's and staff!!!!

Provided by YPmobileI'd like to start off by saying that I am embarrassed for those who have to associate with this business establishment. The entire staff was rude, and inconsiderate of those who needed immediate attention. The emergency room wait was over four hours!!!!! Are you kidding me. I will never ever visit this place again. I am also going to share this experience with as many people as I can. I wouldn't even send am enemy to this hospital. You've been warned Youngstown.
