It also includes 24-hour telephone stabilization, consultation, crisis outreach, emergency appointment and crisis relief services. The services are provided at its facility in Everett, Wash. Care Crisis Response Services is governed by Volunteers of America Western Washington, which was founded in 1915 and is one of the leading human service organizations. Volunteers of America Western Washington offers community information and referral, development disabilities-related, dispute resolution, emergency mental health care, companionship and housing services for families and children. The organization provides substance abuse treatment and prevention services.
