• Window Cleaning
  No. We recommend following your manufacturer’s instructions for a drying period after having your windows tinted. We do not use any products containing ammonia and therefore your window cleaning will not affect the tinting.
• Vacuuming
  Many window cleaning companies offer only a full deluxe window cleaning package to their customers and charge them for it, whether or not the customers want all of those services. Master’s offers three different packages for residential window cleaning: Bronze, Silver and Gold. In our Bronze Package, we clean the exterior of the windows as well as any screens that come off from the outside.  In our Silver Package, we clean the interior and exterior of the windows as well as the screens.  In our Gold Package, we offer everything in the Bronze and Silver Packages, PLUS clean out the tracks. If the tracks are especially dirty, we include vacuuming them out at no extra charge.  We can also provide hard water removal, solar panel cleaning and skylight cleaning as well at your request.
• Gutter Cleaning
  I hired Master’s Window & Gutter Cleaning to do some gutter cleaning. Since we had such bad rain this February, seems that my gutters had piled up with pigeon droppings, and parts of their little apartment complex they apparently created on my roof. Since I have a two story home, it is too much of a job for me to climb on a ladder and complete. Scheduling was a breeze, price was very competitive and reasonable. I believe it was Kelly who had come out and cleaned the gutters at my home in Natomas Park, and he did an excellent job. Was prompt, and straight to the job. Bagged all of the debris and properly disposed in the garbage. No debris or anything dropped anywhere along the ground for my dogs to wreak havoc in.

Commercial

• Post Construction Clean Out
  Paint, stucco, silicone, stickers and other construction and remodeling debris can be removed from windows. Removal of such debris is not covered under the “Basic Window Cleaning Service.” There is an additional charge that will be itemized on your bill called “Construction Clean Up” for these services.
