  4- Protection – The most efficient paint application method is through airless sprayers. However, the process is messy. To prevent the overspray on your plants, roof, driveway, windowpanes, light fixtures, etc. We make sure they are all protected with plastic, and tarps.

Exterior

• Gutters
  5- Painting – This is the fun part. We use airless sprayers to apply the paint to most siding and some trims. To make sure the paint is evenly spread and thoroughly, we backroll with a roller during the spraying process. Some of the trims, such as the fascia boards we apply the paint with rollers. The doors, shutters and gutters are also sprayed. Most contractor roll or brush the gutters, if you look at you gutters – if they were painted- you will see the brush or roller texture, by spraying we make sure you have a smooth high quality finish.
• Siding
  In 2016 MasterCraft Painting has added remodeling and repair services to it's core business, the result of many customer's request for additional services. The repair and remodel services targets small projects, such as, siding repairs, dry rot repairs, building new walls, wallboard refinishing, etc.

  We enjoy interior work, as it requires patience, and more attention to detail. Also, working with the best interior paint, such as Benjamin Moore's Aura gives a satisfaction when work is completed.
• Caulking
  6- Cleanup – We do a daily cleanup of our job site. Every afternoon, before leaving, we make sure that all ladders and tools are in one inconspicuous place, out of your way. In addition, all thrash generated, masking papers, tape, plastic, paint cans, caulking tubes, etc. We collect all of it in bags and dispose of it. We would never use your trash cans to dispose of the waste generated on the job.

Pressure Washing

  1- Pressure washing - We use a 3500psi pressure washer and clean all exterior surfaces. Mold, dust particles and algae must be cleaned to have a proper bonding surface.
