It proves to be an avenue of health for both mind and body whether you are tense and stressed from your job or sore from your fitness program workout. If you have never experienced massage work before or if you have made this experience a part of your life for some time now, make an appointment to try the beneficial work I offer. I have been practicing for 16 years and was trained in deep tissue work, but I can easily adjust the deep tissue modalities to provide a stress reduction/relaxation massage. My fees are $30.00 per half hour
