I agree about the lack of customer service on the job site yes. They also charged me for the person in training that came along. I called the manager and got the charge removed. The job was well done in a good time but the materials used was cheap and didn't look good soon after.

They responded right away and did a good job. They were not friendly. The customer service, on site, is lacking. Make sure to ask what the hourly rate is and if that is the rate for each person they send to the job and how many they are sending!
