Established in 1975, Mark Twain Area Counseling Center is a nonprofit medical center that specializes in community-based behavioral health care services. The center offers psychiatric evaluations and consulting and medication management services. It provides 24-hour crisis intervention, psychosocial rehabilitation and intake screening solutions.
