I use to go through another company when I started using fuel for heating. I had no choice because we were renting a house, and the owner dealt with that company. When we purchased, I tried Marcell because the previous fuel company robbed us wrong. First impression was it felt like a family. Small business, but treated me like I've known them for years. Now, we speak on first name basis. Olivia is especially very nice. They care about their customers, not just the bottom line.

My family has used Marcell Fuel for about 4 years after discovering our former fuel supplier, who also did our furnace cleaning, was gun decking the maintenance reports to cover up shortcuts taken (no efficiency testing, not replacing fuel filter on furnace). I am completely satisfied with the service, product, and communications with Marcell's staff.

My wife and I are currently going through a significant family death and Howard was so understanding. Then this morning Nancy called to ask some questions about our business delivery and my home delivery and was so warm and caring. Truly exceptional people. All of them. Marcell Fuel was a great company to do business with. They had the lowest price by far and gave my girlfriend and I wonderful advice that saved us a significant amount of money. We plan on using them again when we have to refuel.

Great company and service. They deliver when ever I call them, not on specific days like the bigger companies in the area. As far as customer service, I have never had any issues what so ever. Will be using them when ever I get fuel.

Very angry disruptive person, I will NEVER order their fuel even if they were giving it away for free and I suggest that nobody ever order from this company.

It's so refreshing in this day and age to deal with a company that treats everyone like their best costumer. They are courteous and prompt with their service, and can rarely be beat with their rates. I'm proud to give them my business, because they earned it !

I had never had a bad experience with the few times id used this company. I loved them because theh accomodated to a 50 gallon minimum which is all i could afford. I had made an appointment for 1/26 for a delivery, waited all day for them to show up and they didnt with no phone call. We called to see when theyd be there only for the owner to tell me they never shouldve agreed to a fifty gallon delivery as theyre too busy for such a small order and they wouldnt br coming until tomorrow. The tank is empty at this point so as im pleading with him to come deliver today as scheduled, he raised his voice and cut me off saying hes not going ouy again because its cold.... As my windows are growing ice i dared him to tell me its cold outside again and told him id be going somewhere else and he hung up on me. Dont know if thats how they treat all of their customers but i certainly wont be a customer any longer.
