Although I did not use their service, I DID inquire because I was impressed with their fancy website. When I clicked FAQ one FAQ is about the cost and they expressly state what they charge for and then no additional fees, except when I inquired about cost they told me there was not only a $10 charge PER booster seat (even though I was using my own) but ALSO a $10 fee to pick us up earlier. I get there are things you NEED to charge for, but putting someone else's booster seat in the car is pretty ridiculous. To me, if you say NO HIDDEN FEES and then I inquire only to find out that there are fees for such things as the fact I am putting my carseat in your car, than you are lying to me and honestly, even though it only turned out to be about $20 more than the other guys, I don't trust a business that is going to tell me there are no extras and then charge me for really silly extra things. Maybe these folks drive lovely cars, maybe they are safe and reliable, but how can I trust them?

Recieved Majestic's flyer in the mail one day. Didnt even know they existed. Gave them a try..down to JFK and Back..OnTime and Affordable. The only difference between Majestic and My old limo service which my company made me use was the price.Majestic is about $96 cheaper...Definately will use them again...
