      These are a series of books about a little tan Cocker Spaniel puppy which encourages children to identify with Maggie as she shares with the reader what her name is, who her parents are, where she lives, and who her friends are. The books are interactive as Maggie asks the reader questions as she tells her story. She does the same in Christmas in Maggie's Neighborhood as Maggie asks the reader questions as she shares what she and Carrie do at Christmas.
