Extremely dissatisfied. We called for a tow around 11:30am and was told it would be about 2-3 hours before they were able to tow our car. That would be no issue with us as we didn't have to stay with the car, and they just wanted us at the drop-off spot. 2-3 hours passed with no word from the company, and it wasn't until we called them around 5pm (4hrs into the ordeal) that they told us they only had one driver, were running late, but that our tow would be next. We had tickets to a show in Hampton at 7pm and yet we waited for our car to be towed as requested by the company. Come 6:30pm, with NO word from the company or driver, we looked outside our window and there the car was. What was the point of us waiting, AS REQUESTED, and being late to our show if they didn't need us at the drop-off point?! The only time they contacted us about our LATE tow was when WE called THEM. I would give them zero stars, but they got the car there in one piece, so hurrah for that.
