We recommend at least 4 sessions to truly embed new habits, thoughts, and ways of being but if you feel as if you are at the place you need to be and simply want a nudge towards action and accountability, this option could benefit you.Please inquire about multiple session discounts Jump Start Session:This is a one-time 2.5-hour session that delves into some major components of the Legacy Process. The session concludes with complete comprehension and application of the groundwork towards your personal Legacy Life Path. This involves pre- work from clients and completion of Legacy curriculum during the session so clients goals and steps are tangible.
