We were initially impressed by the owners knowledge of the septic work inquired about. In searching for the line, he snapped the pipe --and of course that was now the scope of work. I would think with the knowledge you would be aware where you are digging?! After the replacement of the pipe, a giant mess was left behind! They did not even tamp the ground, the rough grade was a joke. Roots sticking up and ruts elsewhere from the machine all now need to be filled in. We have had similar work done where the ground was graded and seeded in addition to septic repairs for much less. Very Disappointed for the high cost. Expected so much more for the price.

I had a new concrete sidewalk and steps done by Legacy and paid over $3000 for the work. 13 months later both were cracked, chipping and concrete was coming off in chunks. When I called Legacy about this, they wanted over $1200 to fix it!
