Brought a pair of leather car seats up to get spots touched up and some a seam resewn that had come apart was quoted 2-3 weeks for repair. After 4 weeks I had not received a call and could not get in contact with them since their voice-mail is full. When I did finally reach a person I was assured that they were all ready to be stitched and they were done being colored and I wold be receiving a call soon. So now it has been 9 weeeks I went up to check on them and found they were stiching on top of the leather whereas the old stiching was below. I voiced my concern and and told them I wanted them by saturday, after calling 20 times throughout the day Saturday and with no response I have finally just picked them up in similar condition as they were dropped off in. No stiching repair and minimal change in color. Would not recommend. Not a professional business.

Recently, I contacted Leather Restoration Co. to repair and restore my sofa and loveseat. The condition of the furniture made me feel it was time to purchase new furniture. As a last resort I contacted Shay. He informed me that the restoration process would make my furniture set look and feel almost new. He was right! Upon completion of the restoration work; I was totally amazed by the near new condition, at a reasonable cost. I will recommend Leather Restoration to family and friends.

I recommend this place 1,000%. If Shay says he can fix it, he can fix it! We had an aniline leather sofa and chair with hair oil stains that were only 1-1/2 years old. I thought they were ruined forever. Not at all. Shay came to our house - 2-1/2 hours away, and made that sofa and chair look brand new. I almost cried I was so pleased. I loved that couch when I first purchased it, and can continue to love it 21 years later. This place is absolutely incredible! I recommend anything leather go here to look its best. Shay does great work! Repaired a tear in my leather jacket and you'd never know it was there!

Leather Restoration restored our three piece Leather sectional soffa that was almost 20 years old, faded, cat and dog scratches, a tear, and needed new stuffing/padding. The owner, Shay Johnson, came to our home, restained the leather to its original deep maroon color and restuffed the seats and back cushions. We couldn't believe how great it looked and felt. What an improvement. Neighbors thought we bought new furniture. R. Rousseau
