The Law Offices of Brian D. Watnick and Associates was founded in 2005. The philosophy of the firm is to provide personal, aggressive and prompt workers compensation litigation defense. The firm has a goal for every case in its inventory: to tailor our strategy to our clients needs on the particular claim. The firm does not follow a one size fits all approach to the assigned cases. Our clients appreciate our availability, responsiveness, and efforts in obtaining swift case resolution; whether it is by negotiating a favorable settlement or by taking the case to trial. The Law Offices of Brian D. Watnick and Associates provides a more individualized defense attorney experience. We do not transfer files between attorneys. We are available days, evenings and weekends to meet our clients needs. We represent national insurance carriers, several national corporations, as well as local employers. We manage all aspects of litigation, from initial client advice regarding employment related injuries to performing the necessary discovery to move the case towards prompt resolution or trial.
