Laurel Management Company, founded in 1964 to provide operational and managerial services to the Greater Johnstown Water Authority. For more than forty years, Laurel Management managed all aspects of the Johnstown water system, including water main and service repairs, distribution and filtration system maintenance, billing and collection services, property maintenance and metering services.
