As a therapist and coach who has dual degrees in counseling AND organizational psychology and many years in the helping profession, I help adults and couples to achieve healthy and strong relationships in their lives, so you can live a rewarding life. This is done by working on your relationships directly, or through working on your problems with anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, grief, parenting, decision-making, self-esteem, identity, etc.
