Unit was placed new, had problems with the unit and was told the high pressure low pressure switches were bad. Called multiple times for service and asked where the parts were. Was told they were on back order for 3 MONTHS!Called the store because again the unit was working incorrectly, was told by the "manager" that the part was ordered on 5/11 and would be overnighted and repaired on Saturday. Called on Wednesday when I was told by our store manager that they never showed and that they told her it was on backorder. UNIT IS STILL NOT FIXED!!! Manager refused to give me her supervisors name or number and told me that I have an attitude. Wonder why.
