I have been meaning to write this review for weeks, but?...no excuses. First, I would like to thank Victor Kyrr for being so patient and explaining everything about the car I was planning to purchase, which was a 2014 CRV. He is a no pressure, knowledgeable, sincere person.This was the first time I was making a decision and buying a car on my own. I would like to also thank Rick Lamire for the reassurance he provided. Last, but not least, there is Melissa Patrick. My husband and I have known Melissa for many years. She is always there when needed. If you believe there is a problem with your car, she will take care of it. The customer service at Largo Honda is the best. LargoHonda is the place to go. Victor Kyrr has been great we bought a car for my daughter a few months ago & his attentiveness brought us back to Largo to work with him on the lease of my new Honda Pilot.

My experience buying a new Honda in Homestead, FL was quite smooth, and easier than I had anticipated. The salesman Aaron Jean Pierre was very professional and congenial. Everything was on time and the papers all complete. He was more than helpful with the paperwork. Danny P. - I was on my way for a long weekend in the keys with my wife when my car breaks down. We were on our way from Tampa so naturally I had no idea where to go. So I check my iPhone and found the closest Honda dealer. When I arrived at Honda the staff there greeted me. I was surprised to see such knowledgable service advisors. The one that helped me quickly diagnosed my problem as a broken belt and had me back on the road before I knew it. Thank you do much Danny P.

Largo Honda has by far the best maintenance shop and as far as the service goes. Everytime I take my CR-V in for service I am polietfully greeted by Danny Palenzuela who goes out of his way to help me understand what is wrong with my vehicle. Unlike other shops where the guy tells me about how my flux capacitor is bad and it does this and that to the thing which makes it not work. Danny is always very willing to try and explain what is wrong and how I can prevent it from happening again in a manner that is very proffesional. To all those considering going for service. Horacio Garcia the only sales guy I will buy from for the rest of my life. It was a raining day last Saturday and I had 9 months left on my lease. I was looking to replace my 2010 accord with a 2012 lease. Horacio was able to get me the 2012 without leaving or stepping foot in the dealership. HE BROUGHT THE CAR TO ME. I was able to handle everything at my house within 15 minutes. I have to say that that was the most enjoyable car purchasing experience I have ever had. In addition to that, he saw that my wife had a pilot and was able to get her upgraded to a new car the same day as well. First time in my life I have two brand new cars with no hassle. Wow! What can I say? I had THE BEST car purchasing experience @ Largo Honda about 2 weeks ago. I bought a new 2011 Honda Odyssey.
