Lake Ridge Auto Care was established in 1999 and is located at 4245 Seeton Square in Woodbridge, Virginia. Our location has been named 'Best of Prince William County' a total of 10 times including the last 5 years consecutively. The manager of this location, Adam Jones who, along with his 33 committed employees, are equipped with the technical know-how and skill to assist our customers with any of their vehicles new tire purchase and automotive repair needs. We are conveniently located across the street from several local restaurants and shopping areas; including Panera Bread and McDonalds, the Chinn Center, and directly behind the Exxon station at the corner of Parkway and Old Bridge Road. Our customers can drop off their vehicle and wait with us in our customer waiting area or go have lunch or visit the CAFC. Additionally, if you need to drop your vehicle off with us and still make it to work on time, our shuttle service with dedicated vehicles can get you there. I have been to Lake Ridge Auto Care several times now and EVERYTIME the staff is super friendly and helpful! Their prices are reasonable and the technicians provide reliable service. I wish more business offered this kind of customer service!

Once again I was no disappointed with the level of service I received. I had a 7am appointment, was taken on time. I was advised of items that needed attention for my next service and was provided an estimate on the work that was suggested.

You all were efficient in taking care of my car troubles on Monday. It was towed to the shop on Sunday evening and I had it back by dinner time on Monday. It's running great.

I have taken my vehicle to "the green roof" for inspections every year! Every year I get the same EXCELLENT service and would recommend "the green roof" to anyone! Excellent service and never a long wait! Thanks guys! See you next year!!

Lake Ridge Auto Care has always given me great service and they have always followed through with any concerns or questions I have had. The turn-around time has always been reasonable. If they give and estimate, they will stand behind that estimate. That says a lot compared to other repair shops. I spread the word about Lake Ridge Auto Care every opportunity I have!!

Thank you Lakeridge Auto Care for repairing my car and saving my weekend! I took my car to Merchants for routine maintenance and came out with more work than my car needed! the powersteering fluid was leaking and my car was making a horrible noise! You fit me in on a busy Saturday and repaired my car by the end of the day. Thank you!

I chose Lake Ridge Auto to work on my Toyota Highlander because they told me over the phone they could fix my problem and not to worry. I was worried that the technicians would not know much about my vehicle, but it turned out the technician used to work at a Toyota Dealership. My vehicle was fixed in no time and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I appreciate that the front desk employee who called me with the estimate listen to my comments and concerns. I am very pleased with the work and the customer service I received at Lake Ridge Auto. Thank you!

Had to wait a little while in line to get a state inspection, but once the car was taken in, it was completed in about 10 minutes!

Visit went well. Technician took his time and correctly diagnosed what was wrong with my car. I can't speak about the the repair price because I chose not to do the repairs as a result of age of the vehicle. Lake Ridge Auto has assisted me in maintaining my car since I moved into the area in 2005. I enjoy their shuttle service and for the most part, they are efficient & thorough. Hopefully, they will be able to help me keep my new car running for 10+ years. It would be nice if you could negotiate tech service fees. Parts prices are reasonable.

I got great and quick service recently. I stopped in asking for a battery check as I could barely get the car started. My check-in at the counter was fast since I have used this shop previously and my information was in their system. I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes good to go. Love the convenience and hours that this shop has to offer.

I have been taking my vehicle to this shop for 8 years and they have always treated me well. They have always been honest and to the point even telling me when not to fix one of my cars but to get rid of it.
