Nothing put in the right way. We paid almost four hundred dollars for two appliaces to be installed. The kid drove to Freeport TX from Spring Tx. in a car with tools that did not work. After using our tools he pushed the dishwasher under the counter and plugged it in without attaching it to the counter walls. The vented microwave has a 1 inch gap and the vent was not installed. We called and they refuse to fix the problem or give us our money back. They hang up on us and are very rude, Do not use.
