I received my vehicle back from L. Thomas Body shop on 12-26-19. The shop had the vehicle for almost a month, the delays they blamed entirely on Allstate Insurance.
When I turned on the vehicle I instantly observed that the low air pressure warning light was on and I asked "Bill" why they hadn't fixed it. They told me that Firestone told them the right rear OEM sensor was damaged and needed replaced. I asked them why it hadn't been fixed under the claim for the accident, since the front right AND rear right tires had both struck the traffic island during the accident. Bill replied that nobody mentioned that the rear tire had also struck the island. I asked them why they didn't ask me on the MANY times I called them to inquire about when my vehicle would be completed. Bill stated that it didn't occur to him to ask. Bill apologized for the oversight but stated there wasn't anything they could do about their mistake. I took the vehicle in to my garage and had the OEM sensor replaced for 108.00.
I obviously can't recommend a shop that neglects to complete all the required repairs to a vehicle, fails to submit the proper paperwork to the insurance company and then sticks the customer with an extra 108.00 out of pocket expense and only offers a half-hearted apology for their incompetence.

Provided by YP.comI had a tow scheduled to pick up my car at my relatives home, but the receptionist called me trying to change my appointment date and time, I said I'm sorry but I need to keep it for my scheduled date but thank you. She said, "I thought you would want it earlier than that, but whatever." I was just thinking ok what's her problem, then I reminded her that the hood needs strapped down because it's off and she said, "I only have one guy going out and he can't put the hood on by himself." I already had this conversation with her and explained again that I didn't what them to put the hood back on, but to simply strap it down somewhere. She said, "I thought it was a nice car, why would you want it to get ruined with dings and stuff?" First of all, who is she to ask any of these questions; she is not the one getting my car and the first time I had it towed the guy strapped down my hood and had no problem doing it! I of course had to cancel the appointment and try to find another company. She was very rude and she doesn't even know my situation! I will never call them, even if I'm stranded and they are the only ones that can help!
