Operational since 1985, KPFM Country 105.5 FM is a more than 50,000 watt radio station that serves the residents of Arkansas and Missouri. It hosts various programs, such as Racing Country U.S.A., Foxworthy Countdown and The Roger Lowery Show. The radio station broadcasts entertainment, business, technology, sports, and local and national news. In addition, KPFM Country 105.5 FM organizes contests for listeners. The radio station also works with several community-based projects. KPFM Country 105.5 FM hosts Rick Dees Weekly Top 40 program that reaches over 70 million people every week. The radio station is owned by Mountain Home Radio Stations, which also operates HIT KKTZ 93.5 and Star FM KOMT 107.5 radio stations.
