We like to solve the problems that homeowners have with houses that are under water, in other words houses with little or no equity. We have many programs, where we can purchase their homes, that home the owners/sellers can fit into. Many homeowners unfortunately feel trapped by over priced loans, but we offer financial solutions and a way out of their dilemma and tight spot that they find themselves in. We can even arrange for house swapping, to fit the homeowner into an affordable home. We just need to talk and make it happen.
