We have always bought their "Express Comfort" package to insure someone would come in the Spring to check out air conditioning to be sure it was in top operating order...... the fall to check the furnace for proper cleaning and servicing... at one flat rate each year. Now cold weather just around the corner...... like come this Monday ( this is Sat.) and I cannot get an answer on any of their phones. We were never notified of them going out of business. They have our money and now we have no heat!! When I turned the furnace on the other night.... sounded like the thing fell apart.... I suppose it was the Mother Board this time. Everything else has gone to pot on it and been replaced. Note of caution.... NEVER buy a Ducane furnace.
