I've had the pleasure of knowing this organization since 2005. They provide a much needed service in this small town and have always been helpful. This is a volunteer organization supported strictly by the private sector. It's sad that hotraven had a bad experience, she should have reported it so no one else would experience the same thing rather than just complaining. Any organization, is only as good as it's people and if you don't let those in charge know you had a bad experience, they have no way of knowing and correcting the problem.

I dont recommend them because for one the comments made by the volunteer to me and then assuming i wanted her to unload and put up my groceries...why run an organization where volunteers belittle the clients....i wouldnt even donate to this place...they are rudeness inc.
