I purchased a new TV and a friend came over to set it up for me. He got it working and left. When I tried to turn it on the next morning nothing happened. I called Al's TV and someone came out the same morning and got it working. The technician also set the controls for me. I'm glad I didn't call the seller (website) but checked the white pages. Mike was very nice and helpful. I never expected to be the recipient of such wonderful service. I recommend them highly.
