This is the worst trash service I have ever had. They never answer their phone and when you leave multiple messages they do not return your call. several times when our trash was picked up the trash men did not totally empty the trash cans, plus 2 of our cans lids were broke off. I gave them 1 star but it should only be 1/2 star.

Our service with Kellys has been very good over the last six years. I personally have never experienced any communication problems with them. Am glad they are doing a recycling program and was looking for some info on it on line when I saw the reviews.

Well they should answer the phone I worked there for many years and the job was always done right sometimes a person would call and we would leave at nite to go pick up a can some one had forgot. my grand father was ma Kelley and my dad is now the owner . I'm not sure how it's ran now since he passed away call and leave a more intense message or ask to speak with John Kelley and I asure you he will explain or come rite then to pick up your trash. I have heard of the hold they put out for vacation maybe there was a mix up ? I'm 100 percent sure it's a book era , just ask for my father and he will fix the problem. They have always went out of they're way to help the customers even when in need that's the way my grandfather ran it . And I would like to think my father is doing the same ! thank you

Poor communication. These people never answer the phone or return calls. When you continually call, they may return a call a week later. Poor record keeping. They "forget" about putting your trash service on hold during vacations and still bill you--then starts the phone calling and calling. Poor service for Botetourt County. Save the $ and take your trash to the dump yourself!
